Friendly Notices
Just a few friendly reminders about how our club works and what we do, in brief:
(1) Volunteering:
Half of the time, other clubs from UBD AND OUTSIDE of the university requires our assistance, simply because of the nature of our club --> volunteering! For example, at times the UBD Students Council would be in need of our assistance for an event, so we would be responsible for only what we are required to do, e.g. collecting name list, and may NOT be responsible for the whole event.

We are like free labour, volunteering with pleasure :)
(2) Certificates:
Certificates for CLUB ACTIVITIES will be given only to those who are ACTIVE in at least HALF of the club's OWN activities. Please be reminded that some of the volunteering events are NOT held by UVC, and hence are not included under 'club activity' category.
During COLLABORATIONS with other clubs (from and outside UBD), certificates are tentative upon the other club, whether THEY provide them or not.

(3) Club Meetings
We may not hold meetings every week, again, due to the nature of our club --> volunteering. Sometimes, there would be an overlapping of volunteering events required by other clubs, as well as our own, that club meetings OR activities will be done when there are no other events.
Notifications of meetings will be posted on our blog, AND facebook.
(4) Registration Fees
The $4 registration fees will be used for any financial needs FOR THE MEMBERS during any CLUB ACTIVITIES, for members certificates, as well as any other necessary club needs. For example, refreshments and transport will be paid for using the registration money if a Kenali Negara Kitani club activity is held.
