ushering cause the event is inviting 400 plus students from 23 or so schools.
painting and crafts for decoration committee

(i) full name
(ii) student RegID
(ii) available time slots on Wednesdays
(ii) a statement to say if you are willing to help with decorations preparations. My ESG group (the committee organisng this) usually meet on Thursdays from 1pm-4pm at FBEPS. If you are free, please help out :)
