Assalamualaikum and greetings, all.
Below is the link to a petition, as mentioned in the title, to prevent an oil pipeline being built from Canada, across the whole of America, and down to the Gulf of Mexico.
This pipeline, if successfully built, will cause oil spills all over the US, can poison the drinking water, and will emit a LOT of carbon dioxide.
This petition will be sent to President Obama, and will hopefully move him to reject the proposal to build the pipeline.

At the moment, people are conducting civil, non-violent demonstrations outside of the White House. Its leader has been arrested and released along with 150 other people. Now, it's your turn to do your part =)
