UVC Walk and Run

What we did for this week's activity was having a 'Walk and Run' with the members.

2 pm - 2.30 pm: Warming Up Session
2.30 pm - 4 pm: The members can either walk or run, lead by the committees.

The last time we did this, it was last semester. The purpose or the objectivity of this event was to train or prepare the volunteers, physically, in any kind of events that requires their strength or energy. In other word, get fit. There are also events that need them to start helping in the early morning, like 4 am - 5 am. By the end of the day, we want them to feel good instead of exhausted.

There were about 30 members, who joined the activity. Thank you, super volunteers! :D
