Accommodation Committee - Special Olympics

Hello peeps!

As most of you may know, there is a Special Olympics Brunei Darussalam event this weekend. However, it doesn't just include Bruneian kids. It's a Special Olympics Asia Pacific Brunei Darussalam event and includes kids from other countries as well such as the Philippines and New Zealand!

As such, these kids are staying at the Games Village, Berakas. They need volunteers to help to organize everything during the kids' stay at the Games Village. Here are some of the tasks that volunteers are required to do:

- To label each room according to the list given
- To assist in registering all the delegates starting 28th September (Tuesday) from 3pm (these include completing the accommodation registration form, distribution of room keys and the air conditioner remote control)
- To show delegates to their respective rooms
- To be available at the Games Village at all time according to the shift time table given
- To attend and able to assist to all the needs relating to accommodation
- To liaise at all times with the main accommodation committee – Wati (8659067) and Dk Tini (875 6774)
- Proactively able to help in any matters during their shift period.

We would appreciate it greatly if you guys are willing to volunteer at such short notice.

There will be a briefing tomorrow 28th September 2010, at 1.30-2.30pm; Venue: Games Village.
