This is a reminder for all the volunteers of the SOBD Asia Pacific Bocce Competition under the HEALTH SCREENING event. MORE volunteers are WELCOMED!
1) The SOBD Health Screening event will take place on Thursday, 30th September 2010 at the RIPAS Sports Complex. The itinerary is as followed:
7.30 am: Registration of volunteers
8.00 am: Screening begins
9.00 am: Opening ceremony
12.00 pm: Morning session ends
1.30 pm: Afternoon session starts
4.30 pm: Ends
2) As a confirmation that you will be coming on the 30th, all volunteers would need to take part in the Training Session, with details as followed:
Day & Date: Wednesday, 29th Sept 2010.
Time: 2.30pm onwards
Venue: RIPAS sports complex
Note: Own transport
Since the SOBD Health Screening event falls on the UBD Convocation Day, on the 30th September, this means that all students who are not graduating this year ARE FREE ON THAT DAY, so all of you should be able to come! ;) The training also falls on Wednesday afternoon, which also means you should be able to attend that as well :)
