"Seeing is Believing"

6 November 2009 (Friday) - Ten students from UBD Volunteering and Charity Club (UVC) were sponsored by the Royal Brunei Airlines to a charity event, "Seeing is Believing" which was organised by the Standard Chartered Bank Brunei.

The event, which took place at the Hua Ho Manggis Ballroom, was graced by HRH Prince Haji Abdul Azim and HRH Princess Fadzillah Lubabul Bulqiah. Interestingly, that afternoon also saw half of the attendees wearing masks which covered their eyes and at the same time enjoying their tea while being guided.

Ms Yasmin, a representative from RBA Frequent Flyer Programme, said that by attending such event will mark one of UVC's small contributions towards a better future. Meanwhile the members of UVC expressed their utmost appreciation to RBA for the ticket sponsorships.
