SOBD Volunteers Updates

SOBD HEALTH SCREEN TRAINING AND BRIEFING.

UBD Voluntary and Charity Club (UVC)

Date: 5^th March 2010

Time: 8.15 am- 11am

Venue: Multi Purpose Hall, UBD

Important notes for volunteers:

8.15am-8.45 am: Volunteer registration and assigning to shifts

8.50am: Briefing starts

1) Please be punctual as SOBD trainers have mentioned that the briefing will start sharply at the mentioned time.

2) Attire: Smart/Casual.

Please be reminded that you are representing UBD. Hence, please show our

professionalism through decent clothing.

3) Please maintain proper behavior throughout the briefing.

4) During the registration, you need to inform and confirm whether you prefer to volunteer in the morning or in the afternoon shifts of the actual screening (Friday, 19th March 2010) to the UVC committee in charge.

5) The briefing will also be attended by a few SOBD board members and chair: Hj Mahrub Hj Murni - Deputy Permanent Secretary at Prime Minister's Office.

6) SOBD might invite media coverage.

7) Light Refreshments will be served.

To those who have not registered, and those whose names aren't in the list posted, you CAN STILL volunteer, but you MUST attend the briefing. Those who have registered will have to reconfirm their names during registration.
