Gown Distribution

Assisting the administration staff members in distributing graduation gowns to the graduation students  (Diplomas, Undergraduates, Masters) for UBD's 25th convocation that will be held on 12 September 2013.

Provided below are the date and the shifts information.

Dated 29th August - 4th September then the second session was held on 7th September - 11th September
shifts 8.30 - 10.30, 10.30 - 12.15, 2.30 - 4.30 (due to classes)

There were no limits in volunteering, means that, the volunteers can actually volunteer in gown distribution more than once. About 40 volunteers registered and about 10 volunteers were needed per shifts.
