Dear ALL clubs' or Faculty bodies' chairmen,

Please be informed that LC of UBD will be organising a "WalkChathon"
(Walk & Chat) on:

Date : 6th November 2009 (Friday)
Time : 7-9am
Meeting Point/Starting Venue: Outside Chancellor Hall


Registration Procedure:

Staff and students can register for their participation with Hjh Noor
from 27 October (Tuesday). Each registration ticket is B$5 (staff and
students can donate more than B$5 for each ticket if they want), and LC
hopes to raise at least B$1,000 cash donation for the typhoon and
earthquake victims.

From the Organiser:

Follow up on our conversation this morning, please find enclosed the
information on WalkChathon. We would appreciate if you will support the
event, and encourage your staff and students to take part as well. Thank
you.

Following the feedback given to us, LC is going to organise a
"WalkChathon" (Walk & Chat) on:

Date: 6th November 2009 (Friday)
Time: 7-9am
Meeting Point/Starting Venue: Outside Chancellor Hall

We would appreciate if all LC lecturers can help to disseminate this
information to all students (including GenNext and ECA Clubs). We also
hope that you and your family can join us in this meaningful activity.

For crowd control, staff and students are reminded to bring along their
registration ticket on 6th November - participants will receive a stamp
on their right hand before the WalkChathon, and one after completion.

We welcome staff and students from other faculties to join our
WalkChathon - You are helping others and at the same time keeping
yourself healthy. Please help us to spread the words. Mazridah will send
us the route map on 3rd November.

Alone we can do so little; together we can achieve so much! Thank you.
